Miles Williams has been in the local Rodney area living and working for almost 30 years. A licensed builder by trade, Miles knows a thing or two about houses. With 30 years as a builder and running his own successful building company, he is well equipped to manage your house sale from start to finish.

Born and bred in the Waikato, in his younger years Miles ran a 500 acre farm and then subdivided. Both of these experiences gave Miles a great understanding for administration, property development and management. After this taste of property development, Miles was hooked! He has since been involved in big property developments in the Warkworth and Matakana area. He has a growth mindset, but for quality subdivisions that help enhance an area to make it better.

When Miles is not out talking to people about real estate, which he loves, he can be found on the bike in this beautiful Mahurangi area of ours. Miles has some big rides under his belt, including completing the Te Aroha ride from Cape Reinga to Bluff just last year. He also enjoys boating, fishing and travel.
